Memorial Day

Thanks to those who served. I think of my Grandpa Chet every day. But more so on days like this. So much I wish I could ask him.............

I had a chance to visit with Russ Feingold on Saturday in Argyle. He was conducting a listening session, (yes, some politicians still make an effort to listen) and there was a very good crowd there. And there was a very wide range of topics and questions posed by the people. Immigration, Iraq, Healthcare, Agriculture Funding just to name a few.

I was in Glen Haven yesterday for the Glen Haven Volunteer Fire Department Fish Fry. Well done, folks. And thanks for all you do.

Now I'm headed to catch a ballgame, a graduation party, and try to convince my Uncle Zeke to help me with an auction in Mt. Hope on June 11th to help raise funds for the Veteran's Memorial in the park. I'll have more on that tomorrow!
